Through connecting with Mother Earth and our breath, we will slow down, release anxiety and self-limiting beliefs, reconnect with our natural rhythms, and have a whole lot of fun enjoying all the best parts of the autumn season.

Jenny Jump State Forest

Jenny Jump State Forest is a stunning park with panoramic views of the Highlands and Kittatiny Mountains, only an hour and 45 minutes drive from NYC.

This park is one of the last remaining dark sky locations in the state - because of this, the United Astronomy Club of NJ houses several permanently mounted telescopes here and (weather permitting) we are in for some epic star gazing!

During our weekend here, we will also have access to 14 miles of hiking trails. There is something beautiful to see for hikers of all levels.
