While the air is warm and the forest is colorful, take a deep breath and join me for a nourishing weekend of camping, breathwork, hiking, swimming, and yoga at Cheesequake State Park in New Jersey.

Through connecting with Mother Earth and our breath, we will slow down, release anxiety and self-limiting beliefs, reconnect with our natural rhythms, and have a whole lot of fun enjoying all the best parts of the autumn season.

Cheesequake State Park

Cheesequake State Park is small yet packed full of incredible nature to experience. Open fields, saltwater and freshwater marshes, an Atlantic white cedar swamp, pine barrens habitats and a northeastern hardwood forest await us. Not only will we have 9 beautiful miles of hiking trails right in our "backyard" but Cheesequake State Park also offers us a big, beautiful lake to swim in to cool off whenever we like. If you have a kayak or paddleboard, feel free to bring it!

Cheesequake is the only park where the northern hardwood forest meets a southern pine barrens ecosystem at sea level offering birders and hikers a remarkable diversity of native flora and fauna in a healthy, natural environment.
