What is Somatic Breathwork?
You know that feeling where you’re running around all day and then you get in bed at night and barely even remember what you did all day? Somatic breathwork is basically the opposite of that.
Somatic breathwork is a body-centered practice that uses conscious breathing exercises to bring you back into your body, create space to recognize and release old programming, and regulate your nervous system. Our sessions center around a circular breathing pattern that is designed to take you into the liminal space - often described as the space between waking and sleep, it is here that we can consciously dive into the subconscious and see what experiences, stories, and beliefs from our past are lingering here and influencing how we live our lives today. When we see these influences, we give ourselves the opportunity to heal them. When we heal them, we set ourselves free to create our lives from a more consciously aligned space.
